3. Telehealth Disclaimer

Telehealth services are provided in accordance with applicable state licensure laws.
Patients must confirm eligibility before booking, as we may only provide nutrition counseling in states where our dietitians hold active licenses.

By engaging in telehealth sessions, you consent to receive nutrition services via secure video conferencing and acknowledge that certain limitations apply, including potential privacy risks inherent to online communication.

4. Insurance and Billing

We verify insurance benefits prior to your first appointment; however, coverage is not guaranteed until a claim is processed by your insurer. Patients are responsible for all fees not covered by insurance, including deductibles, copays, and coinsurance.

Our No Surprise Billing Commitment ensures transparency in pricing and protects patients from unexpected costs.

5. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations

Payment is due at the time of booking or via a card on file.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $75 fee.

• In-Person Appointments: Late cancellations are also subject to a conference room fee of $35–$40/hour.

• No Refunds: Prepaid sessions are non-refundable but may be credited toward future appointments if rescheduled.

Subscription or package payments may be canceled at any time through your client portal.

6. Educational Content

All content on this website—including videos, articles, guides, and digital downloads—is intended for educational purposes. It should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Reliance on any information provided by Oh So Easy Nutrition LLC is solely at your own risk.
